RETURNS

SPEAKR BOX is committed to providing its customers with quality product and service. Every stage of the manufacturing process of SPEAKR BOX is tested for quality production and sound. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with our product, simply return it and we will either replace your goods or refund the purchase price entirely.

SPEAKR BOX will accept returns within 10 days from the date of purchase for customers in Australia, and 20 days from the date of purchase from customers in any other countries. The returned package MUST BE postmarked within 10 (Australia) or 20 (International) days of the original date of purchase or SPEAKR BOX will refuse the return.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach SPEAKR BOX. We recommend you use a postal service that registers your mail.

WARRANTY

There is a 3 month warranty on SPEAKR BOX. Every speaker is tested to ensure that the products you receive meet our high quality standards. However, if you do receive a product which is faulty, please don't hesitate to send an email to info@speakrbox.com.au to arrange free return delivery and an exchange or refund.

Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to info@speakrbox.com.au. Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.
